Team Rubicon to Open Additional Volunteer Resource Center in Vilonia

This update is over 30 days old.

Due to the overwhelmingly positive response to Faulkner County’s call for debris removal volunteers, Team Rubicon will open and operate one additional Volunteer Resource Center (VRC) in Vilonia.

Volunteer Resource Center First Baptist Church 1206 Main Street (Hwy 64)

Like the three other VRCs operating in the county, this fourth center will register, equip, and dispatch volunteer teams in support of Team Rubicon work orders in the Vilonia area.

All volunteers––both individuals and groups––arriving from the east along Highway 64 and from the south along Highway 107 are encouraged to utilize this VRC to ease the strain on traffic flow though downtown Vilonia, as well as the volunteer processing at our Beryl Baptist Church site. This VRC will remain operational through Sunday, May 4 at 7:00 p.m.

About Team Rubicon Team Rubicon (TR) unites the skills and experience of military veterans with first responders to rapidly deploy emergency response teams. • 13-17 year-olds can go into the area of operation with a parent that signs a consent form, otherwise, all other volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.
